When your case arrives at our milling centre, it is laser scanned to produce a 3-D CAD model of your preparation. The margin is identified and se to the optimum position by one of our professional designers.

With "what you see is what you get" realism, the designer has the control and vision you've never had with any other restorative method as the software allows the designer to see the preparation and restoration from all possible angles before milling.

Precise structures Canada uses a .5mm coping thickness and 8 square mm connectors on single units but can customize cement space, coping thickness and connector based on your specifications.

Settings for cement space and coping thickness are completely customizable. Precise Structures uses a default thickness of .5mm on single units, but will design to your request.


Connector design can be modified to customer specifications. Connectors are encouraged to be at least 8 square mm.


Overall thickness mapping displays where the designer has added porcelain support.


Cross-sections can be taken to measure coping thicknesses and cement space parameters.


Design finishes with a simulation of the completed bridge.
